Store & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Rainbowholic Shop! For your information, here are our store policies.

  • We can only accept payment through Paypal.
  • Shipping will be handled by EMS with a tracking number provided. Click here to see the table of rates.
  • We do not give discounts unless we have provided coupons you can use.
  • After shipment of item via EMS (we will notify through email after the shipment of items), kindly wait for 5-7 days for it to arrive at your doorstep.
  • We will only ship to the paypal address provided. This is to prevent online fraud. ^_^
  • Items marked with “Free Shipping” or “Shipping via SAL (Japan Post)” will not be provided with a tracking number (only packaging pictures). The risk will be from the buyer / client’s side. Moreover, we cannot guarantee how many days / weeks your order will arrive.
  • Please note that “Packing and Shipping Out” day varies. In our company, we have to reach a certain number of packages for it to be picked up by the post office. There might be instances that the client’s packages will be delayed (1-2 weeks from the expected date) caused by this condition.
  • We do not accept returns & exchanges. Please check out with confidence.
  • Please take note that all backorders will be processed and shipped at a later date (extra 3-7 days) due to restocking. Thank you for your patience!
